ICECRD ACTIVITIES – Every Indonesian citizen must have nationalism and love for the homeland, as well as ASN. Only with that attitude, we are willing to sacrifice in order to maintain unity and advance the nation. To increase the nationalism of its employees, the Indonesian Center For Estate Crops Research and Development (ICECRD) also held a morning rally at the Display Building, Monday 19 July 2021.

The implementation of this apple is in accordance with the appeal of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/75/M.KT.00/2021 dated June 14, 2021. In this appeal, ASN in government agencies are asked to hold an apple every Monday morning, listen to the national anthem Indonesia Raya every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 local time, and read the Pancasila script every Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 local time.

This was also reaffirmed by Dr. Tedy Dirhamsyah, SP, MAB as the apple builder representing the Head of the ICECRD. He said the apple needed to be held to increase the sense of nationality and love for the homeland, dedication to the country and the people of Indonesia, and adherence to the ideology of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. ASN discipline must be maintained and maintained, and become part of daily life in the ICECRD. .

Considering that Indonesia is not yet free from the Covid-19 pandemic, he also reminded employees to always apply health protocols, protect themselves and their families, and pray to God Almighty. This apple is carried out by implementing health protocols. The number of employees who attend offline is limited and must keep their distance, while others follow the online apple ceremony via Zoom.

Even though the budgets of Ministries/Institutions including the ICECRD were partially diverted for handling Covid-19, employees must continue to work by optimizing the existing budget, also remain grateful because they are still luckier than other countrymen whose economy is difficult due to being affected by Covid-19. (Anjas)
