ICECRD ACTIVITIES – The big family of the Indonesian Center For Estate Crops Research and Development (ICECRD) held a Halal Bi Halal 1442 Hijriah event in Gd. Display of the Indonesian Center For Estate Crops Research and Development face-to-face (offline) and virtual, which was attended by all Technical Implementing Units within the Indonesian Center For Estate Crops Research and Development to strengthen the relationship, on Friday, May 21, 2021.
The meeting was opened virtually by the Head of ICECRDr (Ir. Syafaruddin, Ph.D) attended by 30 offline participants and 89 virtually. In his remarks, the Head of the Center expressed his gratitude to Mr. Ustad Obay Sobari Muchtar, S.Ag, MPd (Jabodetabek Da’wah Activist) who was present to deliver the lecture and the entire committee who had carried out Halal Bi Halal activities. He advised all employees to understand the meaning of Halal Bi Hahal, improve their work ethic, be easy to forgive, do better and ask all employees to be more concerned about maintaining health together. The Kapus also advised the Ustad to give an appeal to the employees of the ICECRDr to be more enthusiastic in their work.
Halal Bi Halal, which is held every year, has become an inherent tradition within the Big Family of the ICECRD to forgive each other. 2021 is the 2nd year of implementing Halal Bi Halal using the Covid-19 health protocol via online and offline.
Ustad Obay was grateful for the trust given to attend the Halal Bi Halal ICECRD. He wished Happy Eid Al-Fitr 1442 Hijriah to all UK/UPT, and gave encouragement and motivation to the employees of the ICECRD after being trained through fasting for one full month. The Halal Bi Halal tradition after Eid al-Fitr has many benefits such as: improving human relations, forgiving each other which can increase immunity and be healthier because there is joy, peace, hope and gratitude. Forgiving someone’s mistakes sincerely will also make the heart happier physically, emotionally and spiritually, Ustad added. The event ended with a closing prayer by Ustad and continued with hospitality. (Anjas)
